Cynthia Shadow Lace Skirt
I got this skirt from Wunderwelt as new without tag. It is made of a poly blend with synthetic lace, a two layer built-in petticoat and lining.
It can be used as a petticoat for long skirts, as it has some volume on its own, but I've always thought it worked better as a skirt, to flaunt its elegant details.
Measurements are true to Lolibrary's. I couldn't find the exact release of the solid version, but the satin striped one linked below is the exact same item.
The color is a true white, not off-white nor cream. My pictures have been taken in a dark room, sorry m(_ _)m
It has a string in the waist that makes it very size inclusive. It is also longer than most lolita skirts, making it perfect for tall people.
