A pretty cute cardigan and I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately the sleeves are a little bit too long on me (I am 150 cm).
Worn several times at home and one time out. Note that there is a little bit of bleeding over to the white edge of the cardigan.

The cardigan is very stretchy and would fit a bust well over the measurement. (I have a 88cm bust and there is a lot of extra space when I am wearing the cardigan over a dress.)

I just button up the cardigan and see how much it can stretch. Theoretically, it can stretch to over 120cm bust and 100cm waist but I think usually for cardigans you will not go for the max stretch?
