hi! the dress has shirring and a lace up back. the bust is 32 inches but can stretch up to 36 inches circumference wise. the waist is 26 inches but can also stretch up to 34 inches. the dress also has waist ties and the length from the top of the bust to the bottom is about 32 inches. also this is listed on my depop if you’d like cheaper shipping! i hope this helped!

i actually bought this in a store while i was in china but i don’t remember the brand. and i think it’s just like a normal jsk material.
