Hello! These bags are new with tags. I received them from a taobao shopping service.  The bear bag measures about 12 inches across and comes with a long strap inside the purse, so this can be worn cross body as well.  Fits a lot inside!  This bag will be mailed priority mail because of weight.  They are very cute and high quality, please let me know if you have any questions :)
