Measurements:
There is no shirring but there are lacings on the corset so that you could make it smaller, not bigger.
I have worn this several times, looks gorgeous but I preferred a more casual look.
There's some lint/fiber? on the hem of the skirt (I don't know how to say that as English is not my first language) but I think it is easily removable using a lint roller.

Hi. I just double check with postal office and I think a more accurate estimate of the shipping fee would be around $10 though everything is not certain until the postal office has weighted the item.
