Custom made Lolita overdress

I had this custom-made with the limited addition star fabric and sadly it was too large but I really didn’t want to sell it and was going to have another one made that went back-and-forth and then it turned out that I had to have a different one made with different fabric which makes me really sad because I love this one so much but it’s just too big for me as I am very short so I’m relisting this in hopes that it will find a new home it was extremely expensive to have made and sent over There will never be another one like it. The measurements are very stretchy I’m not a seamstress but it should fit between 100 cm bus and probably 140 cm bust maybe larger
