There are two hoops inside which are adjustable, to give less or more poof. The waist is also elasticated. Please note one photo was taken attached to a coathanger, the waist isn't as square as it appears in the photo when worn. It's the perfect length for most skirts/dresses
Hoop petticoats can give a lot more volume and aren't scratchy against the legs, and have the added benefit of not 'deflating' like a regular petti.
This item is new and never worn, but arrived with a tiny hole. I am happy to sew this at the buyer's request for free- the hole doesn't compromise the structure and is 100% invisible when worn under a skirt. The price reflects this.
