I now own the dress and sadly, the skirt has to go. Well loved but has only been used a handful of times.
There is no damage what I can see. The back has generous shirring and can probably take most sized (check lolibrary for exact measurements)
The skirt has a tulle middle layer and thus stand well on it's own, even if a petti is neccessary to make it 100 % lolita.
The gold sparkle is still 100 procent intact!

You have 2 choices with shipping. Either you take the more expensive shipping with receiving proof. This will cost 35 usd. There is also the option for unprotected, untracked shipping. This will cost 22 dollars. But because this option gives no protection to me as the seller, I need the buyer to pay via PayPals gift option. ^^
