What are the measurements/sizing of this dress and is the apron detachable??

Hi! The lolibrary measurements are pretty much accurate. Bust 96cm waist 70cm length is more like 90cm. The apron is detachable and attaches at the same buttons as the waist ties. I think it looks cuter without the apron as well. Hope that helps, anymore questions, just ask.
