Bought the skirt second hand but it was NWT I think? I have the tag but it's not NWT anymore so the tag is for novelty purposes only. it's attached to the waist ties, which I take off before I wear because to heck with waist ties. It got a food spot on it near the waist I believe, but after I washed it I went to look for it and can't find it. If you come across a stain then that's why, but with how long I looked for it I doubt it's still there.
