New with Tags, bought directly from Angelic Pretty SF - I'm the first owner. Selling because I want a different colorway - open to trading for pink or sax as well.
The shoulder ties are able to be retied to better situate the dress on the waist - when initially tried it on it fit badly until I retied the straps to lengthen it, so make sure to keep that in mind when purchasing and then trying on. KC is included with tags and still in the bag as well.
Glitter completely intact.
