Super pretty blouse! I love this blouse so much, but it just doesn't fit right on me, the bust is too big. So I decided to finally part with it :(

it is like new. The only thing wrong with it is that the ribbons on the arms are a little wrinkled, where it was tied before. They could easily be flattened out in a heavy book or something and look like new ^__^ other than that there is no damage

This blouse has detachable sleeves, and there is NO back shirring or laceing but it does have waist ties

 I don't know the exact size
here are the flat measurements: 
bust: about 17
waist: about 15 inches  
Since these are taken laying flat, I'd recommend only buying if you are a bit smaller than those measurements
