Bust size is listed on lolibrary as 88cm, although it's way more than that. I could wear it comfortably at around 110cm.
There is plenty of room in the bust and waist, probably up to around 130cm-ish, as the torso of the op is made of a lightweight stretch knit jersey fabric.
As the dress is fairly high waisted however, if you're both tall and have a larger bust, the waistline will fall mid-bust, which looks a little strange.
Also included are the Cream Cookie Collection tights, which have been left in the packaging I received them in as I know they won't fit me.
I received both items second hand, and while the OP has been most likely worn, the tights appear to be new and unworn.
