The sleeves reach around the elbow and the ruffle on them stretches, same with the neckline and bottom hem. There doesn't seem to be a distinct front or back to it.
I got this blouse here on Lace Market, and the original seller said it was up to 116 cm bust which was not true. It's more like a 110 cm bust, and even then it's snug on me at 110 cm. It's kind of a dusty pink, and has some shiny streaks mixed in which I tried my best to picture. I'd recommend this more to a 105-100 cm bust lolita.

I have 3 cats and a lizard, so beware if you're highly sensitive to cat fur. I try my best to not have much on any items but in a house like this it's inevitable. It's unlikely that you'll encounter any scales, but possible. I'm pretty sure they're hypoallergenic.
