what is shipping to zip 79925 please? and even though it is plus size friendly, how would it suit a 34bust and 28waist?

Hi and thanks for your interest! Shipping will be $17 via USPS priority mail to anywhere in the USA. About the fit, for comparison, I'm a 39 bust and a 34 waist. When I try it on, the bust seems to have about 1 to 2 inches left of give on it, and the waist, when I tie the ties so that they're tight but comfortable, the dress already starts to bunch up and puff out in the upper back. So it would definitely be big on a smaller person.
