brand new classic lolita skirt + brooch

It's name is Countess's Autumn Travel from Indie brand Essily. I love it very much and just received it from my oversea package. I bought 2 colors, another one is purple.
However the waist is a bit tight for me. I will need to purchase another one with a bigger size.

The price is for the skirt + brooch shown in the picture. The item is new with tag in its original packaging.

Waist: 59~72 cm (My waist is 66, however when I try it, I find it hard to pull up my butt. So I'd recommend someone with waist smaller than me)
The max width is 76cm, if your hip circumference is less than 76cm, it will work!
