There’s 2 shoulder straps for backpack style. 1 strap for cross body style. 2 handles and a set of heart covers for the back of bag (which I save as spares for front).

There is damage to the crest in front. Also worn/peeling on all the metal clasps. Couple dents on back side. Will be sold as-is.
