Hello!
U stretched, bust is 45 cm flat, stretxh adds 10 cm flat making absolute max to be 110 cm, but I would recommend 90-92 cm for the best fit
Waist 31 cm flat unstressed, stretch gives about 15 cm extra (maybe even more)
Not sure what you mean by shoulder measurements, but from shoulder to shoulder seam it's 37 cm(note that the sleeves are puffed so the shoulder seam will lay higher on the shoulder- unstretched measurement) - hope that helps!
