Red velvet OP from Cornet, I believe it is from 2000-2005. Really unusual piece with long sleeves, ruched peter pan style collar, front shirring and an embroidered double tiered cotton skirt. (and pockets!) US shipping included in BIN price.
This piece is quite old - please note the red appears to be more of a maroon, or lighter burgundy shade - I believe it has been faded over time but it seems to be consistent throughout the entire piece. Also, it appears to have had an interior lining but the torso section was removed. You can see from photos where it was cut away. It still has the skirt lining with stiff netting to give it some more poof. Shoulder seems have also been let out a very small amount as well.
