This is Cornet’s Velvet Blouse OP in black. I bought it on LM in 2016 (https://egl.circlly.com/auctions/cornet-velvet-organza-op-2) and never wore it myself. Overall it is in good shape, HOWEVER, there is damage. On the right side of the waist ties and over skirt there are several picks in the organza. (I suspect my brother's cat... thanks, Ollie.) I do not think they are very noticeable when worn, and I think the dress has a lot of life left in it, but please take a look at the photos to decide for yourself.

I have it priced at $45, which is about half of what I paid initially with shipping. I thought this price reflected the damage, but I'm absolutely open to offers as well! I just want it to go to someone who will actually wear it!

The sleeves are removable (they button off) so you can wear it as a short sleeved OP as well. Very cute details. (I love the collar!!) I am including a BTSSB tote bag as a bonus. It is in good condition, used only a few times.

Waist: 30in, 76cm

The waist can be adjusted smaller using the waist ties.
