Cornet Rose Print OP

Note the length - it is SHORT!
I am loathe to list this dress because I think it is so beautiful. It's perfect old school short length for showing off bloomers, but I'm just not nuts about the way it looks on me. The print is gorgeous and it's in great condition for its age - Wunderwelt noted a feeling of use and some yellowing, but I have not noticed any in person. The only flaws that I can find are a few loose threads that don't affect the construction or wear.
I have only ever tried it on, and just washed it in preparation for selling.
To those with allergies, I have cats but they are not allowed near my lolita. Still, I can't 100% guarantee the package won't come into contact with any cat hair before I ship it out - thank you for understanding!

Hiya, how much would shipping to Belgium cost? Also, I'm finding it difficult to know if the dress will fit me with my waist. My waist is 70cm. Do you happen to have a similar size? Or could you give me a rough estimate on what size waist it fits? Thank you!

Hey, dear! Shipping outside the US usually runs about $20-$25 usd. Since the flat waist measurement is 37cm, the full waist circumference is about 74cm! There is no shirring in the waist so I would recommend not going above that for a comfortable fit. (:
