Cornet Pintuck Shirred Black Skirt
Cornet skirt, black cotton with pintucks and very pretty embroidered cotton lace. Unknown name or year, but can be seen in the street snap I included! Fully shirred waist making it semi-plus size friendly, but I wouldnt recommend it for over 85cm for comfort since the elastic is tight even though it can stretch much larger. It is pleated to the waistband so if you are on the larger end of the measurements it will still have lots of space in the skirt. It's naturally pretty puffy even though there is no built-in, but would look great with a very low poof petti. It has a similar wide waistband to many fully shirred meta skirts. No noticeable wear, no damage, I just never reach for it!
