corgi-corgi Goggles Tophat

I absolutely love the design of this hat but sadly it's much too big for my head!
The inner circumference is about 23 inches, or 58.4cm.

Condition: bought used from ClosetChild for 11,990 JPY. It was listed as being in excellent condition with the only flaws noted as some light scratches on the lenses of the goggles. Due to the hat being too large for me, I have only tried it on and have never worn it.

I wasn't able to find a Lolibrary entry on this hat, but I've attached one of the ClosetChild pictures after my two proof pictures.
Due to the large size and delicate nature of this hat, I'll be shipping it in a large size Flat Rate Priority Mail box with sufficient padding.
