chinese lolita sailor collar dress by Neverland/Soufflé Song. i got this dress secondhand, but it’s in good quality! i’ve only worn it to try on. there's a couple pin holes in the collar from attaching a bow, but other than that it looks great. the dress is chiffon, with the gold constellation design that sparkles a bit! it includes the headband and bows pictured in the third photo. lmk if you have any questions!
