Excellent condition except for a tiny bit of fraying on the bust ribbon balls and wrinkling.

Bought in excellent condition. When it arrived i tried it on for a moment but the color did not suit me. The only noticeable defects are a few loose threads around the brown strap and as you can see a bit of wrinkling. HAT NOT INCLUDED.
Because the Lolibrary link doesnt offer many measurements, ill provide a few but feel to ask. Flat laid and doubled the waist is about 68cm/26.7inches, the Bust is about 76 inches/30 inches and there is shirring to give you an extra few inches. The skirt length is 58cm from the bow waist to the bottom and the overall length is about 87 cm from top of shoulder strap to bottom of the skirt edge. Both measurements were took flat laid. The lolibrary lists the overall length as longer....

All shipping will include tracking numbers and insurance. Shipping to Germany is 5€ and within the EU (all 27 countries) 11-14€ depending on size, weight, etc.
Due to brexit; shipping to the UK is 16 Euros up to 2kg (tracked). Ireland is still within that 11-14 euro depending on size and weight.
Unfortunately, due to covid 19, Shipping to the US from germany starts at 54 euros. I will not offer SEA shipping as there is no tracking and it will take over a month. This has been going on since September; so it would likely not be beneficial to offer holds. I am unable to ship to Canada as well.
I'm generally able to ship within 24 hours, the exception being when i need to ship multiple packages in the same day and i run out of boxes. Payments after 11am on Saturdays, may be dropped of first thing on Monday. I will always provide tracking number within the 24 hours of payment; usually much sooner.
I DO NOT charge paypal fees as that is against Paypals TOS~!
