Gorgeous magical girl school style bustle skirt with a chinese zodiac inspired print, made of printed chiffon and a white cotton lining. There is no closure, you must pull the skirt over your head to wear it. It can stretch to accomodate a 30 inch waist but it will be difficult to put on, I suggest a 28 inch waist maximum for ease of wear if mobility is a concern.
The matching accessories are made of faux gold and have tarnished over time. See photos.
