This Blouse was originally bought in a soufflesong lucky pack, though there are no tags. It is made from a soft and breathable white lace, perfect for summer. It is trimmed with 3 satin ribbon bows. This blouse can accommodate up to a 42 inch bust, though I recommend 40 due to the Crop length and elastic for a comfortable fit.

Yes? Haha its both, it's sheer all over but the body has a chiffon lining. The sleeves are just the lace. The top of the shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 16 inches flat and the neckline is elasticated as well, it stretches to 24 inches.
