Bought new at Meta's booth at a convention and wore/washed twice. The color is a true white and includes the waist ties. I still have the removable pin and it will be included. This is the regular size (see lolibrary link).
One thing I did notice is that the elastic on the wrists is different; one is more "ruffled" than the other (I received it this way, didn't notice until I got home). Probably fixable if you can sew. Otherwise in amazing condition, but the price is reduced due to the defect (it annoys me too much to wear).
