Does it have shirring? If so, max bust and waist please? Also from the photo you provided, it seems to be JSK I not JSK II https://lolibrary.org/items/btssb-dripping-lace-rococo-accessories-print-jsk-i

Oh you're right thank you for correcting that! unfortunately it does not have shirring, so the max is about 92 cm.
