Hello, I am selling what I believe is shirring princess by meta. I am unsure of the exact name and year but it is kept in great condition. It could use a good steaming.

I do not have the exact measurements and I cannot find the lolibrary link. But it fits me with a 130cm bust. The full shirring makes it very comfortable. 

There are cats in the house, but I have washed the dress before storing and have kept them in a sealed bag away from the cats. 

There is no damage that I can see. The lace appears a little older but it is an older dress.
