Cute blouse to wear with Alice coords or to tea parties. Worn a few times and washed. Light "chiffon" fabric (claimed by maker). No stains on collar or underarms. Some minor staining from make-up on right side, near bottom. Will not be noticeable under a jsk or tucked into a skirt. Very wrinkled from storage. Listing as minor damage, but no "damage" found. Stain will likely be removed with an additional wash. Necktie did not come with blouse. Bust 100cm (shirt size not body size).
