I actually bought this petticoat from Clobba Online, a few months ago. Here are some details I forgot to mention beforehand:

Size: Free size(will fit waist measuring up to about 80cm comfortably). Length: about 45cm
It gives a decent amount of poof, and the detail on the lace is really pretty!
It only just fits my waist at 80cm, but it was always a pain to get over my bigger sized hips. So keep that in mind! ^^
