Classical Puppets White Bell-Shaped Petticoat

Basically new, only tried on once and not worn for very long because I really don't like the feel of the outer fabric (glass yarn). There are a few tiny spot stains on the inner waistband, these were already there when I got the petticoat. It's been living in a bag for a while so might need some ironing/fluffing out!
