Waist: 45" I didn't think this dress was as big as it was when I received it. My measurements are conservative, but it probably is even bigger than this. The dress is beautifully made, soft fabric and lace. It's just WAY too big on me. I'm hoping this will fit a larger plus size Lolita out! It does have lacing in the back to take it in further. I am 45" / 35", and it was too big, so if you're closer to the rough measurements I gave, it will most likely fit you better. It will come with the hat as well. It does NOT come with the underskirt.
