The Domestic Shipping I have listed is already for an envelope ($4 USD tracked via first class mail in a bubbled envelope). If you mean a letter mail that's usually $1-$2 (with postage or stamps), then yes, but that would not include a tracking number and I'd ask for payment in gift because I don't feel comfortable shipping without a tracking number. Thank you!
