Used classical puppets petticoat. It was worn pretty frequently  and washed a few times. It has deflated some. It could get some volume back by being starched or worn as is for a more casual looks. I took some pictures of it worn without a dress to give an idea of what poof it has left. It is 48 cm long. I got it about five years ago and it has sat in the closet for the past couple years.
