Classical Puppets organza bell cupcake petticoat SUPER POOFY
In used but good condition. Petticoat is lined; the lining is very wrinkled from storage but should iron/steam out easily.
This is the older version of Classical Puppet's petticoat from many years ago, it's a monster! It has been in storage for a few years but it's still INSANELY poofy. You could probably poof it up more if you hang it upside down. Perfect for AP dresses :)
The petticoat I'm selling has lace that is slightly different from the stock photo, please see my photos. The lace is a good quality cotton lace so it's ok even if it peeks from the dress :P

INVOICING
-I invoice in the JPY equivalent, according to xe.com exchange rate of the day, rounded up to the nearest yen.
I am not responsible for any currency exchange fees that may occur.
SHIPPING
-I ship with tracking only; listed postage is for airmail with tracking through Japan Post for most countries except the US, Australia, Russia, and Canada. Due to covid restrictions, only registered airmail or EMS or Yamato/UPS is available.
-Postage includes a small handling charge for packaging materials and paperwork etc. By purchasing a listing you agree to the postage listed.
-I usually ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation but may take longer in rare cases, of which you will be notified.
-I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, although I will contact the delivery company if necessary. There will be no refunds in case of stolen packages after delivery; it is the buyer's duty to collect/accept the delivery.
-I am not responsible for any duty/customs fees that may occur.
-If you are using a forwarding service, I am not responsible for the delivery of the package between your address and the forwarding service.
-Dresses generally ship lightly compressed into a box.
**EMS (Japan Post) and UPS/Yamato essentially offer the same express service with full tracking and insurance. Please let me know if you would strongly prefer one over the other; otherwise I may switch between the two without prior notice depending on service availability/delays.
