Bought from egl_comm_sales used and worn several times. Has been thoroughly cleaned. Great cupcake petticoat. Fully elastic waistband, simple but cute cluny lace, and simple cotton liner. No damages that I could see. Some slight discoloration on the lace. Final image shows the petticoat under a medium weight skirt.
W: 26 - 32 inch
L : 19 (includes 1 inch of lace)
