layers of skirt & petticoats, but heeey... never a bad idea to have

These are a good decade+ old, and the elastic in the waist feels fairly weak (it was never very tight to begin with) There may be some piling around thighs, but these still have plenty of wear in them!
The waist unstretched is 99cm, fully stretched 125cm
Each leg opening can stretch out to about 88cm
