Selling because it is uncomfortably tight on me.

This petticoat is almost brand new, definitely has been worn by me a few times but doesn’t show much sign of wear. I do not know the exact measurements, but I can say that the waistband was tight on my waist at 27in, so take what you will from that. I will also say that I am pretty sensitive about elastic around my waist, so if you’re okay with something being somewhat tight around your waist during outings, then it shouldn’t bother you.

I do my best to find and list all flaws on items, but I may miss a few minor flaws on a piece. Items come from a home with a cat, I will do my best to clear any cat hair off of items (any piece that can be washed/dry cleaned will be before sending it out), but I cannot completely guarantee it will be hypoallergenic.
