BNWT OP - Measurements in description.

This is a brand new OP from Classical Puppets, bought directly from Clobba Online and only tried on. The dress is absolutely adorable and looks amazing with an extra fluffy petticoat. Unfortunately it just doesn't suit me, so I'm hoping someone else will give it some love.
