This is a fluffy A-line petticoat from brand Classical Puppets. It is still wonderfully fluffy and full of life, one of my lesser used petticoats.

Note: The waistband was cut (by a previous owner) but this does not detract from the item at all and will not cause further damage. It is also easy to fix if it bothers you.

Price has been reduced due to the issue above.
