Generally, I would recommend insured EMS shipping for 2 petticoats which is $32.

Thank you so much! I have two last questions... If it expires, will you enlist it again? Estimated, how long will it be until I get it? Between crafting and shipping, can you give me an estimated time? I have a Tea Party on 28th and I wonder about when will I be getting it.
