Cape is removable. Pins together at front using the separate bow (has a safety pin)

WARNING: due to age, four elastics on the sleeves have been replaced. The new elastics fit on the buttons, and are not visible from the outside, but still necessitate a "minor damage" label. As the damage has been repaired, I have opted for the "modified" label. Repairs are pictured in final images, including outside view to confirm they are not visible when worn.
