classic lolita rococo shoes (cream 42)
those taobao shoes that everyone and their mom has, perfect for classic lolita, especially if you're going for an 18th century vibe. new and unworn (except to try on briefly).
Size 42 - I wear a US size 9.5 and have wide feet. They would be wearable for me (if a little tight) so I think they would fit best on a 9.5 with regular width feet but could also work on size 9.. Brand new and unworn. These are inexpensive Taobao shoes and as such are in good cosmetic shape but you get what you pay for (they are definitely not leather, there are a few spots of visible glue, etc.)
