This is an outfit I got off a cosplay site (Cosplay Magic) when I was new to lolita. Its only been tried on. It was too large for me. It is a great classic coordinate. I lost the bow piece that attaches to the center of the vest but you cant tell that it is missing.
The whole outfit is labeled as a XL so it is plus size. The waist of the skirt is 40 inches. Feel free to message me for more specific measurements.

-A black choker
-A chiffon black blouse
-A vest with detachable bow and pearl accessory
-A skirt ( the dogs pearl leash is detachable. The waist ties are NOT detachable.)
