I purchased this specifically to wear on a trip to Japan, where I wore it several times. However, I live in Southern California where it doesn’t really get cold enough to need this, hence selling it.

The main fabric is wool and it’s very warm. The fur is polyester but it is very nice and soft. It retained the soft feeling and didn’t clump even after getting wet, which I was worried about after wearing it in the rain. It’s honestly some of the nicest faux fur I’ve ever encountered.

I did remove the balls on the front of the cape because they were a little ostentatious for my own style, and I did not receive the neck ribbon when I purchased it. The balls were just tacked on so removing them did not damage the coat in any way. It would be easy to attach new ones if you so desire.
