There are a few sewing marks on this, but I believe they will wash out easily (see pics). However, I did notice what looked like a small bit of rust? near the base of both shoulder straps. This is possibly due to how it was stored at Citanul with the metal clasps of the bow brooches. It arrived this way to me unfortunately. I never wore it, so it's technically "new with tag" despite the minor damages that were on the garment when i first got it.
