The dress is cotton fabric, it does feel being worn.

No damages, comes with all parts, the gold details are metallic, they are still shinning and not being washed out. It has detachable waist ties. Cute buttons and crown lace at the bottom. No shirring

This dress has a built in petticoat.

Missing front bow at neckline place.
