I would recommend for someone on the upper end of measurements. 

The structure of this dress is amazing,
I literally do not have any dress with a natural poof like this dress. I can take pictures of it on upon request. Without, and with petticoat.

It is lovely. Just not into the print that much! 

I have a 42 inch bust, 36 inch waist and I have a BIT of bunching from looseness in the back at the shirring pannel.
